BaldFade is an AI image tool (powered by Google's Nano Banana / Gemini image model) that lets you preview bald, buzzed, and faded hairstyles from a photo. This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) explains what you may and may not do with the service. It supplements our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. By uploading an image or generating a result you confirm you have the right to use the photo and that your use complies with this policy.

1. Content Standards — Prohibited Categories

You must NOT upload, generate, share, or attempt to create any of the following:

1. Sexual / NSFW content
No nudity, sexually explicit, or otherwise pornographic imagery, and no uploads intended to produce such content.
2. Violence / gore
No graphic violence, gore, self-harm, or content that glorifies or incites physical harm.
3. Hate speech
No content that harasses, degrades, or promotes hatred or discrimination against people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any protected characteristic.
4. Child-unsafe content (CSAM)
Absolutely no content that sexualizes or endangers minors. We report suspected child sexual abuse material (CSAM) to the appropriate authorities.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation
Do not upload photos of other people without their consent, or use the service to impersonate, defame, or deceive — including creating misleading “deepfake” imagery of real individuals.
6. IP / trademark infringement
Do not upload or generate content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or other intellectual-property rights you do not own or have permission to use.

2. Enforcement Actions

We may take any of the following actions for a violation of this policy, at our discretion and without prior notice: removing or blocking the offending content; issuing a warning; suspending or permanently terminating your account; withholding or reversing generations; and, where required by law, preserving evidence and reporting to the relevant authorities (including reporting CSAM to law enforcement and organizations such as NCMEC). Serious or repeated violations result in a permanent ban.

3. Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it to support@baldfade.net. Please include the relevant URL or a description and, if possible, a screenshot. We review every report and aim to respond within a reasonable time. To report suspected child sexual abuse material, contact us immediately using the same address marked "URGENT / CSAM".

4. Content Moderation

Uploaded photos are screened by an automated NSFW / safety filter before generation, and submissions that fail are rejected. We combine automated detection with human review of reports and flagged activity. Anonymous free previews are short-lived and automatically deleted; account images are auto-deleted on the schedule described in our Privacy Policy. We may refuse or halt any generation that our systems or team believe violates this policy.
