3. User Responsibilities

4. Credits and Payments

• • Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable
• • Credits expire 1 year from the date of purchase
• • Each transformation consumes 4 credits
• • Prices are subject to change with notice

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your original images. Transformed images are licensed to you for personal use. The BaldFade service, technology, and branding remain our intellectual property.

6. Limitation of Liability

BaldFade is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
