[MCP_SERVER]

BaldFade MCP server

AI assistants that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP) can connect to BaldFade at https://baldfade.net/api/mcp. The server is read-only and costs nothing to use: it lists the styles BaldFade can preview and explains the Norwood self-check. It does not upload photos, create images or take payments. To preview a style on your own photo, use baldfade.net (see pricing).

Tools

  • list_styles — Lists the hairstyles BaldFade can preview (bald, buzz cut, fades, tapers), optionally for one gender, with a link to each style page.
  • norwood_info — Explains what the Norwood Hairline Self-Check does and its limits, with a link to the tool. It is an illustrative estimate, not a diagnosis.

Connect

No API key or account is needed.

Claude Code

claude mcp add --transport http baldfade https://baldfade.net/api/mcp

Cursor (~/.cursor/mcp.json or .cursor/mcp.json)

{
  "mcpServers": {
    "baldfade": { "url": "https://baldfade.net/api/mcp" }
  }
}

Other clients: add a remote MCP server with the Streamable HTTP transport and the URL above. The server answers each request with a single JSON response and keeps no session.

Privacy

The MCP server receives only the tool name and its arguments. It does not accept photos. Requests are handled like other requests to this site; see the privacy policy, terms and acceptable use policy. Questions: support@baldfade.net.
